1. Right of Withdrawal

Timeframe: the withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods.
Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). Please email us : info@sparmaxair.com, after which we will provide return label and buyer have to bring the goods to local DHL.
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. Refunds

Processing: We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Delay: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Returns

To return within 14 days after informing us about cancellation, buyer responsible for return shipping cost.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Responsibility: Anest Iwata Sparmax Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Responsibility: Anest Iwata Sparmax Co., Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Documentation: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Each compressor / airbrush is tested and fully inspected to ensure its quality and performance. Warranted for 2 years from purchase date against workmanship or material defect. Exclude parts subject to wear such as motor for compressor, needle, nozzle, O-rings for airbrush, and damage or loss caused by improper use, unauthorized alteration and negligence.
